Flag football registrations will remain open until 8/16.

Equipment Handout - Saturday August 10th @ 12:00-1:30 at the high school field.

Coaches Meet & Greet Cookout  - Saturday, August 10th @ 4:00 - 6:00 @ Hanson Park. 

Practice  - Starts Monday, August 12th @ 5:30. Practice will be Monday - Friday for the week of 8/12 and 8/19. The week of 8/26 practice will be from 5:30-7:00. The varsity and JV team will practice Mon.-Fri. 3/4/5 & 5/6 will practice Mon. - Thur. until the end of the season.  Practice is held at 471 River Road, Bow.
